Adam Barrington
Adam Barrington

As a penultimate year Bachelor of Law/Bachelor of Commerce student at Monash University, I bring to my work a high degree of expertise and passion when it comes to assisting people in their legal problems. Having graduated from Melbourne Grammar School as the Dux of Economics and Environmental science, there was never a question in my mind that I wanted to apply myself to the Law. Most recently I completed my Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics, whilst on a Monash Abroad Travel Scholarship to Lund, Sweden. Here, I was able to complement my studies with an international perspective, enhancing my understanding of business and commerce. I therefore consider myself to be highly adept in dealing with situations concerning business and financial concepts.

Whilst working for James McConvill and Associates over the past five months, I have gained invaluable, practical experience in multiple areas of Law. I particularly enjoy legal research as well as dealing directly with clients’ cases. I continue to study at the same time, undertaking elective units in the Criminal Law field, an area which I am passionate about and can see myself being involved in in the future. In my spare time you can find me on the golf course, cheering on my struggling football team (Carlton), or taking in some fresh air in Lorne.
